Castle & Cooke promoted Tony Marlow to president of the company’s aviation division. Marlow previously oversaw the company’s FBOs as vice president. He has been with the company since 2008.

Johan Segring was appointed vice president and director of Stack. Segring has more than 20 years of scheduling and charter operations experience.

Inmarsat appointed Kai Tang senior vice president of business and general aviation. Tang previously served as chief commercial officer for Inmarsat government and has been with the company for seven years.

Dennis Moore joined Aviation Maintenance Professionals as CEO. Moore has held leadership roles at Rubbermaid, Petmate, and AAT.

Robert Wilson joined TurbineAero as chief executive officer. Wilson was formerly president of business and general aviation for Honeywell for nine years.

JetAVIVA is transitioning its leadership, with Cyrus Sigari, the current CEO and co-founder of the company, taking the role of executive chairman, effective at the beginning of next year. Tim White, jetAVIVA’s president, will succeed Sigari as CEO, while managing partner Dustin Cordier will step in as president to succeed White.

Wayne Starling was named executive director of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA). Starling was recently the senior vice president and national sales manager for PNC Aviation finance and will provide support and direction for IADA in his new role.

Ben Nematzadeh has been appointed director of client services and employee development for Air 7. Nematzadeh has more than six years of 14 CFR FAR Part 91 and Part 135 experience in dispatch and flight coordination.

Mente Group appointed Neil Kunycky managing director for the East Coast. Kunycky has more than 30 years of industry experience and has sold aircraft for Beech, Hawker, and Bombardier. He also previously served as a sales director for FlightSafety International, Bombardier, and Textron.

Bailey Wong has been promoted to director of customers and communications for NATA compliance services (NATACS). Wong previously aligned sales, marketing, and communications initiatives for NATACS and has been with the team since 2015.

Vivi Liu joined Asian Sky Group as business development director. Liu has a decade of industry experience and recently served as business development manager for Hongkong Jet.

George Rolls was appointed director of private jets for Air Charter Service. Rolls previously served as chairman of PrivateFly and has six years of experience with Hangar 8 and Gama Aviation.

Alerion Aviation announced Paul Fronczak as director of operations. Fronczak has more than 11,700 flight hours and 15 years of industry experience as a director of operations, lead captain, and check airman.

Sonya Adams has been appointed managing director of Northern, Central, and Western Europe for Air BP. Adams joined the group in 2001 and served as executive assistant to the CEO of BP Downstream during the past year.

Pro Star Aviation announced Sean Peterson as general manager of the company. Peterson previously worked for Embraer Executive Jet Services as general manager and is a licensed FAA A&P.

Cutter Aviation appointed Chris Muise to client relationship manager for TBM aircraft clients and promoted Leo Hernandez to manager of aircraft service. Muise joined the company as a maintenance technician before being promoted to lead mechanic. Hernandez also served as a lead mechanic and then supervisor for the company.

Special Services Corp. hired Doug Rumminger as a dispatcher. Rumminger has a background as a military linguist, magazine and textbook editor, and will retire as a U.S. Army Reservist in March.

Premium Jet added Peter Baiker and Matthias Gramlich to its charter sales team. Baiker has been involved in charter sales since 2006 and previously worked at Jet Aviation. Gramlich was a senior aircraft broker for Air Partner before joining Jet Aviation.

Corey Bothwell has joined Heron Aviation’s sales and dispatch team. Bothwell will be responsible for expanding Heron’s markets and relationships on a global scale.

Gulfstream Aerospace’s Thomas Horne has been inducted as a fellow in the Society of Experimental Test Pilots. Horne currently serves as the director of flight operations test for Gulfstream and was a flight test engineer and F-16 fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force before joining the company.

Crina Sentaru joined Heron Aviation’s CAMO team. Sentaru previously studied aerospace engineering and worked as a maintenance technician for a Part 145 organization.
